TERMS & CONDITIONS

Veterinary physiotherapists are required to treat under veterinary referral or consent in accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966. Authorisation from the animal’s veterinarian will therefore be required prior to veterinary physiotherapy treatment.

Treatment fee's are payable within 7 working days of the treatment session by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Many insurance companies will reimburse veterinary physiotherapy treatment fees, however it is advisory that you check your insurance policy. If not paid within 7 working days the client may incur additional fees. If you wish to discuss the invoice please contact us within 7 working days from the date of the invoice.

There is no charge for appointment changes or cancellation where at least 24 hours notice is given. However, if less than 24 hours notice is given or the appointment is missed, the client will be liable to pay the full veterinary physiotherapy treatment fee.

The right is reserved to refuse veterinary physiotherapy treatment if the animal requires veterinary assessment or treatment prior to physiotherapy treatment or the animal is considered a danger to the physiotherapist. In both of these cases the client will be liable to pay a call out fee.

By confirming your physiotherapy appointment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above.
